Bob Forte has made a career of helping people, groups and organizations operate more effectively and with less stress through the application of the Discovering Dialogue model of organizational and personal growth. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Dayton and is a graduate of the Transactional Analysis Institute of Ohio and the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio organizational and clinical programs.
He brings over twenty-five years of experience during which he consulted with law enforcement agencies, taught at the university level and worked as an employee assistance counselor and organizational consultant with the Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center. He was a faculty member of the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio and organizational coach with the Business of People coaching program.
