Mary Henton, a Certified Professional Enneagram Practitioner, will demonstrate The Enneagram personality assessment.
About Mary:
Coaching, mentoring, and staff development have been the consistent themes across
Mary’s career for the past thirty years. After her early years as a teacher, she moved into
the adventure and experiential education world as a trainer, staff and curriculum
developer. She later led faculty and staff development at the university level and was
Director of Professional Development for an education association. Before establishing
MH Coaching & Consulting in 2019, she spent eight years with a university in eastern
Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) where she facilitated leadership, staff, and
curriculum development initiatives and was Director of Faculty Development and
Bilingual Affairs.
Mary’s formal coaching formation was with Presence-Based Coaching, an approach to
coaching that integrates somatic and mindful practices with cognitive and behavior
change methods.
Having studied and integrated Enneagram wisdom into her own life over the last eight
years, Mary has begun to integrate aspects of the Enneagram in her coaching. For
clients interested in the Enneagram, this wisdom provides a way to understand one’s
personality and blind spots, as well as offering pathways to personal and professional
growth.
Mary is in the process of earning her PCC with ICF. She is a Certified Professional
Enneagram Practitioner and an Advanced Practitioner with 6 Team Conditions. She
earned her M.Ed. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Mary also serves as Executive Director of Impact Now: When Women Lead, a for-impact
organization collaborating to provide professional development and support to women
leaders in eastern DRC.
Lori Mercer, an entrepreneur who helps organizations and individuals market their businesses, will share marketing tips with us.
