Session 2: Driving Action–Monday, March 18th, 6-8pm, CML Main Library, Rm 2B.

● Clarify: Ensure your message is understood as intended. Create powerful questions.
● Transform: Use your communication to drive change and achieve results.
These principles will equip you with the tools to be a more effective coach–communicate clearly, listen actively, present powerfully, deepen relationships, enhance your credibility, increase sales, and positively impact the lives of others.

About Patrick:
Patrick Donadio, MBA, is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSPTM), Master Certified Coach (MCC), and author of the book “Communicating with IMPACT©”. He specializes in Business Communications and Leadership Development. Patrick has taught and coached two generations of C-suite executives, leaders, and their organizations on how to apply his IMPACT process to clearly communicate, lead effectively, present powerfully, listen attentively, and make a greater IMPACT on their bottom line. Patrick is one of only a few people in the world to have earned the highest designation in both the speaking and coaching professions and is a Co-Founder and charter member of “ICF Columbus.”
