● Message/Method: Identify the best method; and create compelling openings and closings.
● Person: Understand your receiver and tailor your message accordingly.
 
Session 2: Driving Action–Monday, March 18th, 6-8pm, CML Main Library, Rm 2B.
● Activate: Be a better “Active Listener” and Inspire action through powerful communication.
● Clarify: Ensure your message is understood as intended. Create powerful questions.
● Transform: Use your communication to drive change and achieve results.
 
These principles will equip you with the tools to be a more effective coach–communicate clearly, listen actively, present powerfully, deepen relationships, enhance your credibility, increase sales, and positively impact the lives of others.

About Patrick:
