The presentation demonstrates how embodied learning is another vital component to facilitate a coaching process.  You will learn how to increase greater awareness of unfamiliar patterns in with body language, how the habits originate from adaptive strategies to survive, and how to practice building a thriving grounded centeredness to apply under pressure and stress.

Through a coaching process, the practice client will learn about their adaptive strategy that occurs in the body under pressure and under stress, and explore both the cost and benefit of the strategy.  A practice will be offered that is one of greater ground so that the practice client has something else to do under pressure.

The attendees will also have a chance to explore their own primary adaptive strategy and learn both what it took care of and what else is possible under pressure and stress.

The tools any of us learned that saved us are usually the ones that cause breakdowns and bring us to coaching.

Learning Objectives:
1.     Awareness of adaptive strategies below cognition that interfere with our leadership success.
2.    The need to have a practice over time that provides a different response to pressure and stress.
3.    Gain a deeper understanding of the role of embodied learning in coaching
