Namara Dafney serves as a Business Coach for the Business Performance Excellence Coaching Team with Nationwide. She has been in this role since January 2014. Prior to joining the Coaching team she spent 17 years in Human Resources also with Nationwide. Namara’s work experience includes time spent as a Diversity Representative for CompuServe; Account Executive with the Private Industry Council and several years in Marketing with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
Barb Girson, ACC, is a Registered Corporate Coach™ and uses her 20 years of experience to provide contract-coaching, and training services to company owners, senior executives, and professionals across numerous industries including technical environments (accounting, engineering, law etc.), Fortune 50 and 100 companies, Insurance Industry, Public Services and privately-held organizations. Barb is a DiSC train-the-trainer and uses a variety of assessment tools including Everything DISC (Leadership, Manager, Workplace, Sales), Personal Listening Profile, Time Mastery Profile and 363 Assessments. Larry Hayes, CPC®, ACC® is an experienced coach and trainer with more than 30 years experience helping people develop themselves to achieve their goals. Larry has coached top performing Financial Advisors in the US and in Europe, leaders and executives and served as Master Coach and Coaching Team Head at UBS in the USA where he was responsible for the talent development of others in their coaching organization. He uses a 28-point coaching outline aligned along 6 major themes: Business Plan, Team, Profiling and Planning, Products and Investments, Administration, and Client Acquisition.
Essie Richardson, M.ED, LPC, ACC, enjoyed a variety of school assignments that included teacher, guidance counselor, and staff-de¬velopment specialist, and elementary school principal. After retirement, she served as a mentor principal, customer service specialist, assessment team leader, leadership coach for elementary and middle school administrators, consultant for private schools, and entrepreneur. She is currently a partner in Williams, Richardson & Associates – Education Caching & Research services.
Karen Tiller is an experienced professional with the proven ability to lead and implement programs that achieve strategic business objectives and people initiatives. Her specialties include coaching, lean systems/manufacturing, leadership development, change management, culture transition, communications, teams and facilitation. She has worked for DuPont, Cummins, Alcoa, Arthur Andersen, and as an independent consultant representing clients in various industries.
Chris Warnky provides professional Business & Life Coaching. Chris is an active member of the John Maxwell Team. He serves on the leadership organization's President's Advisory Council and is on their mentorship team. Chris offers Business & Life Coaching services for people that are successful and yet feel stuck or dissatisfied with some aspect of their business or life, wanting a partner to help them gain clarity, focus, and take control and move forward.
Diana Raney Williams, Ph.D., PCC, is an executive leadership coach and partner with Williams, Richardson and Associates. She was a founding member of Coaching For Results Global, Inc. where she served as Chief of Evaluation Services and as a member of the Board of Directors. She has served as a faculty consultant for The HOPE Foundation. She consults in professional development activities related to school improvement, school leadership and leadership coaching. She served as an urban educator for over thirty years in the Columbus, Ohio City School District.
