About Tim Conrad

Dr. Tim Conrad received his B.S., M.A. and Ph.D. from the Ohio State University.  Licensed as a teacher, professional counselor and school counselor; certified as a career and executive coach, Dr. Conrad has taught at the Ohio State University, the University of Dayton, Capital University and Ashland University. His current areas of research interest are “Motivation, resilience and career trajectory” and “Ethics, boundaries and social media”. Along with Officer Don Stanko, Dr. Conrad is the co-author of Digital Danger: If You Think Your Kid is Safe Online, Think Again and is also the author of Retire Happy: How to Remain, Relevant, Reputable and Resilient. An often-requested speaker at the state and regional level, his most popular topics include Fixing Perfect: Taming Perfectionism, Manage Change Before Change Manages You, What’s Next: How To Make The Big Leap; Digital Danger: Keeping Your Career Intact on Social Media.
