1. How to understand and effectively discusses with the client the guidelines and specific parameters of the Coaching relationship (e.g., logistics, fees, scheduling, inclusion of others if appropriate)
2. Reaches agreement about what is appropriate in the relationship and what is not, what is and is not being offered, and about the client's and Coach's responsibilities
3. Determines whether there is an effective match between his/her Coaching method and the needs of the prospective client

About Piper Moore
Piper V. Moore is the owner of PM Morning, LLC, established in 2010, where she offers Professional Development Services through Executive and Professional Development Coaching, Customer Service and Generational Diversity Training and Motivational and Informative Speaking Engagement. All services focus on changing the mindset and behaviors of clients. Ms. Moore is a State of Ohio Certified Public Manager and University of Georgia Certified Executive Coach. Her passion to assist others to succeed led her into the professions of Executive Coaching, Professional Speaking and Human Resources Management.
Ms. Moore spent most of her career as a public sector employee and utilized her knowledge to developed a customer service program designed for public sector employers and corporations with multiple divisions. She lead the efforts of successfully developing programs for non-profit agencies and obtained her education from Miami University and Franklin University. She cur-rently holds membership with the International Coach Federation, the Ohio Certified Public Manager Society and Toastmasters International were she served as past president.
