Jerry works with executives and business owners to create customized coaching relevant to business challenges and workforce issues of the 21st century. A specialist in coaching cultures, she serves as consultant to internal coaching program constituents to advance and sustain coaching within their organizations. She also works with individuals who are in transitions or want to make shifts in their life and work.
She has been helping organizations and individuals for over 25 years. With work history in technology, healthcare, finance, and organizational consulting, she brings practical insights to spark energy and innovation. As a consultant working in over 70 organizations, she’s learned that alignment of people to strategy is critical, and that coaching is the most precise and potent approach for achieving alignment.
Organizational success is often supported by presenters on relevant topics, and Jerry provides professional keynotes and breakout sessions for her clients to strengthen business initiatives. She also prepares executives for presentations that fortify the business success. As a professional member of National Speakers Association, she has served on the Ohio Chapter Board and provided training in the ProTrack program.
A professional coach for decades, Jerry has been a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2003 and was former ICF Columbus Chapter President and Board Member. In the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC) she holds a Certified Business Coach (CBC) and has been coach training faculty. Also active in Association for Coaching (AC), European Mentoring and Coaching Alliance (EMCC), Jerry is pursuing Coach Supervision Certification with Oxford Brooks University in the UK.
Jerry utilizes a variety of assessments and tools in her consulting and coaching that include Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, Hogan, Strengths Finder, Forte, and others. She also includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Field Facilitation and other approaches as they are relevant to the work, business, and people. Her education includes an MS in Community Counseling and a BS in Organizational Communication.
